Our customers are our top priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return your unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise accompanied by your printed receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund in the original form of tender.

EXCEPTION.- No returns or exchanges on swimwear and intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons. Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund, merchandise credit or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If you return your merchandise with our prepaid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you decide to return your order using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy. Please email customer@hijabclub.com for return shipping address or to obtain a return label.

Hijab Club is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
